We Want Your Kids to Love Church
First Church Torrington is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and biblically engaging environment where children are taught about the Bible and Jesus in age-appropriate ways. Our goal is to see a generation of children come to know God early in life.
EXPERIENCIAL STORYTELLING
BRINGING THE
BIBLE TO LIFE
In First Kids’ Bible Adventures, your child won’t just hear about Jesus’ love—they’ll experience it! Our time together is filled with high-energy worship, fun games, memorable Bible verses, and hands-on object lessons that make faith stick. We also carve out time for small group connection and prayer, so every child feels seen and known. The fun doesn’t stop when you head home, either. We’ll send a take-home activity sheet with your family, designed to help you continue the conversation and grow together throughout the week.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
TIME FOR
ADVENTURE
First Kids' Bible Adventures
Sundays at 11:00 am
First Church Sunday Morning Bible Adventures is where kids from ages 2 to 12 (Pre-K through 5th grade) discover that the Bible is anything but boring. Kids start in Big Church, then head to their own Bible Adventure—crafts, games, and snacks included. Join First Kids Sundays at 11am in Torrington. From marching around Jericho to building Noah's ark with crackers and frosting, every moment is designed to make Scripture stick. It's the perfect blend of family worship and kid-focused fun, where little hearts encounter big truths about God's love. Come for the story. Stay for the fun. Leave knowing Jesus is your greatest adventure.
